I'm Fatima, a product designer with 5+ years of experience turning complex, data-heavy products into interfaces people actually want to use.
I've designed across EdTech, FinTech, SaaS, and Web3, which sounds scattered until you see the thread:
every project involved simplifying something that felt overwhelming for users and making it feel obvious instead.
What I’m Like to Work With
I own the end-to-end design process: research, strategy, wireframes, prototyping, testing, and final UI. I don't hand off vague concepts and disappear. I stay in the problem until it's solved and shipped.
I work best with PMs who think in outcomes and engineers who want to be involved early. Design isn't a step in the process. It's the thread that holds the process together.
What the Work Added Up To
I measure my work by whether it moved the metric that mattered and not by how many screens I shipped.

I fell in love with design because it lets me do the one thing I've never been able to stop doing: figuring out why something doesn't work and obsessing over it until it does.
I'm happiest when the problem is messy. When the data says one thing, users say another, and the product team is stuck in between. That's where I do my best thinking, not in the final polish, but in the moment where the right question changes everything.
I care about the stuff that's hard to screenshot: the moment a user doesn't hesitate, the flow that feels obvious in hindsight, the feature that got cut because it wasn't needed. That's where design actually lives.
